This is an opportunity for a dynamic Radiation Oncologist to work within the established framework of a networked and integrated cancer service. The position is leave coverage for multiple doctors therefore the incumbent will be required to provide patient care at both the Illawarra Cancer Care Centre, Wollongong and Shoalhaven Cancer Care Centre, Nowra. In this role you will provide high quality diagnostic, consultative, procedural and on-call specialty services in Radiation Oncology, and participate actively in teaching, research, quality improvement and administrative activities commensurate with the Staff Specialists (State) Award. As a Staff Specialist you will ensure a high standard of professional performance and, where required, the encouragement of an academic environment which supports research and development.
