We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with Health/Life Sciences experience to join our team in Perth to lead the conversion, design, and delivery of upcoming Healthcare projects. In this role you will take ownership of a project from origination, through design development, and into delivery. This role will see you lead your project team, delivering the design, managing the contract, and program, as well as being a point of contact for clients, authorities, and stakeholders. To be successful you will need: To be degree qualified in a relevant field of study (construction management, architecture, or engineering). Proven experience leading high calibre project teams, on healthcare, hospital, or life sciences projects, ideally $100m . Previous project leadership experience, managing design, contracts, planning, and project delivery. Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
