You’ll join a highly skilled and collaborative Product team that works closely with senior leaders, compliance specialists, and investment professionals. About the role Play a pivotal role in shaping product for Perpetual Asset Management Australia. You’ll take ownership of product governance, disclosure and product Board reporting across our suite of funds, ensuring every product is compliant, well-governed, and ‘fit for purpose’ under design and distribution obligations. Key Responsibilities: Lead a small team responsible for Product Governance obligations, controls and frameworks. Strategically streamline product processes and policies to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. Manage Responsible Entity design and distribution obligations. Oversee Board, Compliance Committee and governance product reporting. Drive annual fund reviews and product process improvements. Coordinate the management of disclosure documentation (PDS, IM, TMD) and regulatory lodgements. Maintain product databases and quality control. Embed regulatory and compliance changes across product operations. Support product audits, CSA testing, and strategic projects as directed by the Head of Product. What We’re Looking For: Tertiary qualification in business or related discipline. 8 years’ experience in financial services, ideally asset management. Proven experience engaging with senior management and Boards. Strong background in product, legal, compliance, or governance. Deep knowledge of regulatory environments and financial markets. Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. High attention to detail with clear, concise messaging. Results-driven with a commitment to continuous improvement.
