What You’ll Be Doing, Includes Leading and managing a team to develop and implement workforce policies aligned with NSW Health priorities. Providing expert advice on complex policy issues to senior executives and stakeholders. Researching, evaluating, and monitoring policy impacts to inform decision-making and future planning. Building strong relationships across NSW Health and represent the Ministry on key committees. Overseeing projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports, briefs, and cabinet documents. About You We are seeking a motivated leader with: Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in HR, industrial relations, or workforce policy. Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in policy development and evaluation. Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and deliver results under pressure.
