We are currently seeking a Senior Commercial Property Manager to join our fast-growing Real Estate Management Services team in a 12-month secondment role with our highly regarded client, Exceed Capital. This position, which is located at Eight Mile Plains, will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our client’s commercial and retail assets. Key Responsibilities In This Role Will Include Provision of first class service to tenants and the client Monthly management and financial reports for all properties Conducting rent reviews and lease expiries Organising work orders, and following up on completion of ordered works Qualifications In order to succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the following 5 years’ experience in the management of commercial assets Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal A commitment to maintaining properties according to legislative requirements and best practice The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate Additional Information We foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
