What You’ll Bring to the Team A formal, internationally recognised beauty qualification (Cert IV minimum, Diploma of Beauty Therapy, or Diploma of Dermal Science). Leadership experience in aesthetics, retail, or clinical settings with a results driven mindset. Ability to build a positive team culture by being organised, supportive, and celebrating others success. The ability to navigate and resolve complex client or operational challenges is highly valued.
