Key Responsibilities Support the Site Manager and Project Manager with daily site coordination Oversee trades and subcontractors to maintain quality and workflow Assist with safety checks, toolbox talks, and site compliance Manage sequencing, deliveries, and general progress on-site Keep documentation accurate and assist with reporting About You Carpentry or trade background is ideal Experience as a Leading Hand or similar site-based role Good understanding of construction processes and WHS standards Strong communicator with organised work habits Full Australian working rights and Perth-based experience What’s On Offer Hourly rate penalties and allowances Permanent Perth metro role — no FIFO Stable project pipeline with ongoing work Supportive Tier 2 builder with room to step up Ready for a solid next step with a team that backs your development?
