A position has become available for a Health Clinician to join the team. This role will be responsible for providing contemporary brain injury rehabilitation in accordance with the principles and guidelines of the NSW BIRP. As a Case Manager you will provide a consultative service to local clinicians to promote a high level of patient centred care. You will be involved in the development, planning and implementation of services that offer efficiency and effectiveness to the delivery of services. Our team consists of 3 Health Clinicians in Brain Injury and a Rural Spinal Cord Injury Coordinator. Working hour are flexible and can be negotiated. This role requires travel within the Western NSW LHD.
