We’re looking for a Technical & Development Lead – Warehouse Management (WM) & Transport Management (TM) to take charge of the end-to-end delivery and development of cutting-edge supply chain solutions. In this pivotal role, you'll drive the technical execution of our WMTM program—ensuring robust system architecture, seamless integration, and scalable configurations that support enterprise-wide transformation. Partnering with cross-functional teams, solution architects, and external vendors, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering high-impact, innovative logistics capabilities across multiple site deployments. Key Responsibilities Lead technical implementation of WM and TM modules (e.g., SAP EWM, SAP TM), including architecture, configuration, and enhancements. Manage development activities across internal teams and external vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Oversee integration between WM and TM systems and ERP (S/4HANA), MES, customer, and carrier systems. Prepare technical specifications, test scripts, and support deployment of interfaces and enhancements. Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards and security protocols. Provide expert guidance during testing, cutover, and hypercare phases. Drive technical governance and maintain design integrity across multiple site rollouts. About You Previous experience leading technical teams and overseeing SAP builds (certifications preferred). Deep experience in SAP S/4 EWM and SAP TM configuration, enhancement, and integration. Strong development skills in SAP environments (ABAP, Fiori, PI/PO, BTP, APIs). Proven ability to manage vendors and resolve complex technical issues. Familiarity with cross-system architecture and integration patterns. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate between business and technical needs.
