What You Will Bring To The Role Degree in Speech Pathology with eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia. Demonstrated extensive and advanced experience in paediatric clinical services, including: Assessment, planning and evaluating Speech Pathology interventions in working with children presenting with difficulties in feeding and/or communication development. Demonstrated competent clinical decision making both independently and in a multidisciplinary team regarding service delivery for clients and their families Demonstrated high level communication skills both interpersonal and written including ability to work with families from low socioeconomic backgrounds and culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Demonstrated high level organisational and time management skills in an environment of competing clinical and administrative demands. Computer competence and ability to use electronic medical records, word processing and databases. Demonstrated experience in clinical coordination and supervision in paediatric speech pathology Demonstrated ability to lead, implement and evaluate quality improvement and/or research focused on improving client outcomes Current unrestricted drivers’ licence and the willingness to use for work purposes.
