The CAM Field Specialists is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery. Job Summary Install or repair company products such as wellheads and production trees in accordance with the original equipment manufacturing standards to minimize the customers down time and maximize the customers satisfaction. Advise customers on repair and replacement options. Examine, repair, test and maintain products at customer sites or service centers. Be a liaison between Company onshore and customers during installation. Troubleshoot equipment during installation if any problems arise. Contribute to section and department policy and procedure formulation, alteration, deployment, and planning. General duties associated with the Service task and engineering task Attain excellence in learning and competency events. Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment. Mentor others as required. Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs. Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services. Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time. Responsible for service delivery execution. Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs. Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services. Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections. Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans. Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
