Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment tomake baked goods such as: SOURDOUGH BREADS, CONTINENTAL BREADS, BAGUETTES, BAGELS – SAVOURY & SWEET, DINNER ROLLS, FLATBREADS, FRUIT BREADS, SPECIALTY BREADS, FOCCACIA SLABS. Mix, mould and shape pastry dough and operate dough brake equipment Control mixing times and transfer dough to tempering rooms Control baking times and monitor the temperature and appearance of products.
