Our client, a State Government department, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join their team at the Nurunderi / Cherbourg Campus. This is a contract role until June, 2026 with a possiblity of an extension. . In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, providing high-quality customer service and administrative support across multiple campuses. 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday (8:30am – 3:00pm) Contract role until June, 2026 $51.13 p/h Key Duties & Responsibilities Reception and front desk customer service Call centre duties (on a rostered basis) Course enquiries, applications, and enrolments General administrative duties Campus-related support tasks Travel between South West campuses as required About You Strong customer service and communication skills Previous reception, call centre, or administration experience (desirable) Well-organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel between campuses when required Please hit "Apply" or send your resume to recruitment@hnb.net.au.
