About the Role As our Retail Operations Manager , you’ll ensure every store has the systems, structure and support needed to deliver a consistent, elevated Hommey experience. Working closely with the Head of Retail and Store Managers, you’ll remove friction, improve processes and build scalable operations that help stores perform at their best. From SOPs and stock integrity to new store openings and continuous improvement, you’ll be at the center of seamless retail execution. This role suits someone hands-on, solutions-focused and confident driving outcomes through collaboration. You’ll thrive in a fast paced, early-stage environment, anticipate challenges before they arise and help deliver a strong, consistent customer experience across all stores. Responsibilities Build and maintain retail operating rhythms, SOPs, tools and documentation Provide timely and practical support to stores to resolve issues quickly Translate brand standards into clear, consistent operational practices Ensure stores are fully prepared for launches, initiatives and key trading moments Identify and resolve customer experience friction points Maintain strong brand consistency across the store network Oversee accurate stock flow processes including ordering, transfers, deliveries and replenishment Resolve stock discrepancies quickly and address root causes Lead Loss Prevention initiatives to reduce shrinkage Partner with Merchandising and Operations to prepare stores for key trade periods and product launches Support new store openings and ensure all operational elements are ready from day one Deliver improvement projects that enhance efficiency, consistency and scalability Conduct operational audits and implement action plans that elevate performance Evolve operational structures to support Hommey’s continued growth About You Experience in multi-site retail operations, ideally in a fast growth or lifestyle brand Ability to design operational structure, systems and processes Strong influencing skills with the ability to lead without formal authority Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a hands-on, resourceful mindset Project management experience across store openings, system rollouts or operational initiatives A strategic yet practical thinker who enjoys building from scratch A deep appreciation for brand and customer experience and how operations bring both to life Why Join Hommey?
