We're now hiring full-time Production Crew specifically suited to recent TAFE graduates who have completed their studies and are ready for a stable, full-time role in high-volume fresh food production , with the option to progress into Team Leader and Shift Supervisor roles over time. This role is not a creative or à la carte chef position . It's a structured, systems-driven environment where food is produced at scale, consistently, and to exact standards. The Role You'll work in our central production kitchen preparing, assembling, and packing fresh food. Each team member works at their own station, following clear, step-by-step procedures that we train you on. This is hands-on, practical work focused on: consistency food safety pace teamwork You'll be producing salads, wraps, sandwiches, grazing boards, and other fresh items to strict specifications the same way, every time. This is a full-time, permanent role with fixed days and hours . It is not casual work and not suitable for students still studying .
