The Contract: Ongoing, Full-Time, 80 hours per fortnight with monthly ADO The Position: In this newly created role, you will deliver a proactive, high‑quality recruitment service by coordinating end‑to‑end hiring processes, supporting Hiring Managers through effective sourcing, advertising and selection activities, and ensuring systems and workflows run smoothly across our HRIS platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, strategic and service‑oriented, and who thrives on building strong relationships, delivering high‑quality support to Hiring Managers and promoting BRHS as an employer of choice while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. What You'll Bring: Relevant qualification in HR, Business, Marketing/Communications or a related discipline, with strong administration or coordination experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging advertising content and deliver a positive candidate experience Strong interpersonal and customer‑service skills, with the confidence to support, coach and partner with Hiring Managers Knowledge of contemporary recruitment and selection processes, sourcing methods and experience using HRIS or online recruitment platforms A proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach, with the ability to work independently, learn quickly and build effective relationships.
