About the Role Reporting to the Regional Occupation Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day activities of our V Line services out of our Bundoora Depot. You’ll be the go-to support for our driver workforce, ensuring rosters are met, performance is supported, and operational targets are achieved. Key Responsibilities Overseeing daily driver attendance and ensure coverage aligns with roster requirements Providing clear and effective instructions to drivers to support operational outcomes Accurately completing timesheets and maintaining payroll data each day Monitoring driver performance and provide coaching, feedback, and referrals for training or support as needed Manage uniform orders and other administrative tasks to support team needs About You You will bring a strong mix of leadership capability, organisation, and communication skills. You’re calm under pressure, confident making decisions, and able to juggle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail. Experience in a similar supervisory or coordination role Outstanding customer service and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure environment Solid administrative and record-keeping skills Why Join Dysons?
