About the role: This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience. Your duties will include but not be limited to: Provide high-quality administrative support to the team, ensuring timely and accurate outcomes. Manage customer enquiries, including phone calls, correspondence, and record-keeping, in line with Council policies. Register planning applications, process associated documentation, and issue fee demands to customers. Assist with statutory advertising of planning applications, including preparing notices and liaising with external parties. Support administrative processes such as tracking customer requests, reporting, and processing requisitions, purchase orders, refunds, and invoices. What we're looking for - Skills & Experience A motivated individual eager to complete a traineeship, studying a Certificate III in Business Punctual, reliable, and energetic with a strong work ethic. A team player with a positive attitude, willing to learn and contribute to continuous improvement within the organisation. Strong interest in developing administration, customer service, and communication skills in a professional environment.
