Tasks and Responsibilities Provide high-quality customer service and respond to client, public, and supplier enquiries. Create new files, maintain records, and update computer-based records management systems. Use Microsoft Office and digital content tools to prepare documents, presentations, and materials. Assist trainers by editing videos, formatting content, and posting materials on online platforms, social media, and LMS. Coordinate training resources, rooms, bookings, and equipment. Maintain student records and ensure accurate data entry. Assist with producing PowerPoints, course materials, and digital assets. File documents, manage inactive files, and maintain an organised filing system. Update the website and assist with creating digital content. Take course bookings, respond to enquiries, and enter data into the training database. Attend company meetings and prepare reports or dashboards. Support continuous improvement processes and assist with quality assurance data. Monitor student progress and wellbeing through accurate reporting. Perform photocopying, scanning, emailing, and other general office duties. Uphold WHS policies and safe work practices. Skills and Experience Strong ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook). Experience with LMS systems such as aXcelerate, Moodle, or Canvas. Experience with digital content creation tools, including video editing software. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience with data entry, analysis, and reporting. Flexibility and willingness to perform a wide range of office tasks. Understanding of EEO principles and commitment to safe work practices. Qualification Requirements Certificate III in Business Administration or higher. Experience in administration, digital content creation, or vocational training support. Commitment to ongoing professional development. Must have/willing to get their own ABN and can work onsite Desirable: Knowledge of Standards for RTOs 2015. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
