What Makes This Role Unique? The XIT-180 Program is a groundbreaking initiative providing intensive reintegration support to men with complex transition needs. Through tailored case management, assertive outreach, and strong community partnerships, the program empowers individuals to successfully reintegrate into society, strengthening families and communities. We are seeking a passionate and experienced XIT-180 Case Manager to deliver intensive pre-release and post-release support. This is your chance to make a tangible difference in people’s lives by: Building strong case-management relationships with clients and their families Developing and implementing Individual Reintegration and Support Plans Coordinating access to housing, education, employment, health, and community services Providing assertive outreach and crisis support post-release Collaborating with GEO staff and Alliance Partners to maximise reintegration outcomes This role is based across Ravenhall Correctional Centre and GEO’s Community Reintegration Centre in Richmond , with outreach in the community and occasional interstate travel.
