About the role: About the role: As our Senior HV Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design of high voltage (HV) substations for renewable energy and BESS projects This role requires experience in primary and secondary design, protection systems, and managing an overseas design team. The successful candidate will ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design of HV substations, including primary and secondary systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Develop and implement protection schemes for substations, including relay coordination and settings. Oversee the preparation of design documentation, including schematics, layouts, and calculations. Manage and mentor an overseas design team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across different time zones. Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on HV substation design solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
