Key Responsibilities: Constant Vigilance : Monitor CCTV and radio systems to maintain high-level security. Access Control : Manage access control systems with accuracy and issue access cards. Customer Service Excellence : Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, liaising with emergency services when necessary. Routine Patrols : Conduct patrols on premises to ensure site is secure and respond to potential threats. Reporting & Administrative Tasks : Maintain accurate timely reports, troubleshoot and manage security tasks using multiple platforms. Observe and Report: Report any hazards or near miss items to ensure health and safety compliance. What We're Looking For: NSW Security Licence and NV1 clearance . Certificate II in Security Operations . First Aid & CPR Certified . NSW Driver Licence and Australian Citizenship . Strong Communication Skills – both written and verbal, with a professional approach. Commitment to Outstanding Customer Service and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.
