Your Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender and Contracts Officer to join our Community and Mission (CaM) team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the effective administration, coordination, and compliance management of tenders and contracts throughout their lifecycle—from inception and execution through to completion and closeout. You will ensure all contractual obligations are met, support internal stakeholders, and help drive value for money, risk minimization, and high standards of probity and accountability. Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate contract records, registers, and documentation. Monitor contract milestones, deliverables, and expiry dates. Manage contract variations, extensions, and amendments. Support tender processes and assist with evaluation documentation. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards. Coordinate and maintain the central contract management framework. Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract procedures. Drive efficiencies by standardizing and automating workflows. Support and train new managers and program leads. What You’ll Bring You are a collaborative team player with: Solid and relevant experience in contract reviews and renewals (ideally 3rd party contracts). Experience with contract management platforms. A relevant bachelor’s degree. Experience managing tenders and grants (highly regarded). Strong data analytics and dashboarding skills (PowerBI/Tableau experience ideal). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
