Description We are excited to offer the role of a Customer Business Manager (South Victoria). This role will report to the VIC Field Sales Manager. The main purpose of this role is to build and maintain meaningful and commercially sound relationships with key Pharmacy customers to drive education, product recommendation and brand advocacy, enabling us to deliver our business objectives and sales target. Please note that this role is a 10 month fixed term for a leave cover Responsibilities include: Full commercial responsibility delivering against business objectives and sales targets within territory. This includes pharmacy visits and attending to customers queries regarding BioCeuticals and Blackmores products for a pre-determined geographic territory. Build, grow and manage the strategic partnerships with key existing and new Pharmacy customers to increase our footprint, deliver sales and distribution targets, and meet business objectives. Competent product detailing across the BioCeuticals and Blackmores portfolios of products (product knowledge advisory to Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants). Driving recommendation and advocacy via education. Delivery of informal product trainings in Pharmacy environments to small groups of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants (3-5) to support product uptake. Trade and banner event attendance as required. Work with Naturopathic Educators and State Field Managers (SFMs) to drive product recommendation and brand advocacy. Utilize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for all sales administrative and record keeping work. What we offer? Preferably possessing at least 2-3 years field sales experience to a similar channel via retail pharmacy or hospital channels or product range of vitamins, health supplements or health food categories. Understanding of health and wellbeing with a sound understanding of the foundations of complementary medicine. Knowledge of the retail Pharmacy environment as relevant to complementary medicine Sound understanding of commercial matters as relating to trade relationships with customers within the Pharmacy and Banner Group contexts. Ability to use or strong interest to use data and insights to identify trends, draw insights and drive decisions. Understanding of a sales cycle and customer journey. Strong collaborative efforts with cross functions to achieve commercial goals set for the territory.
