About us: At our Community Care Units we provide medium to long term mental health care and rehabilitation in a supervised residential setting for people aged between 18-65 who are in recovery, but require support to transition to independent living. About the role: The Clinical Nurse (CN) performs the role under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Senior and is responsible for delivering high level, competent, evidence-based nursing care within the scope of practice. The position works collaboratively with other members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and reliable cares are provided within the dynamic health environment of the Community Care Unit. About you: Current nursing registration through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). While not mandatory, a relevant qualification in Mental Health would be well regarded.
