By leveraging robotics, AI, autonomy, and other emerging technologies, the Army's Robotics and Autonomous Systems Implementation Coordination Office (RICO) translates concepts into solutions that strengthen Army's ability to respond to emerging threats. As an APS 4 Project Support Officer, you will play a vital role in enabling Army emerging technology activities. This position focuses on providing supporting functions within a project team to ensure projects run smoothly and deliver strong outcomes for Defence. You will assist with documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement, while applying Defence policies and frameworks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn sound project management practices. Assist with project documentation and scheduling. Support governance and compliance activities. Prepare meeting agendas and minutes. Maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation such as risk logs, issue registers, change control logs, and meeting minutes. Managing project management tools, templates and repositories used by the team.
