Requirements What You'll Do: Assist in fielding client inquiries related to service delivery, addressing concerns promptly and professionally through ticketing systems, email, messaging, and calls. Support technical and operational teams to help ensure services meet client expectations. Coordinate with internal support teams and vendors to maintain smooth day-to-day service operations. Identify and escalate potential service risks to management for timely resolution. Help prepare and deliver service-related communications, including materials for regular service review meetings. Maintain regular contact with clients to support positive relationships and ensure their needs are well understood. Work with internal teams to help drive successful outcomes for clients. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, adjusting messaging based on the audience. Collaborate with peers across technical and client-facing teams to achieve strong customer outcomes. Act as a first point of contact for client queries and escalate issues when necessary, ensuring timely resolution. Support incident resolution using core ITIL principles and best practices. Prepare and deliver regular service performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and regulatory requirements. What you'll bring: A passion for providing exceptional customer service, demonstrated through your ability to show empathy and understanding from all perspectives in, including your peers and your customers Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities A technical understanding, or the ability to learn technological product services quickly A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across technical, operational, and client-facing teams.
