IT Manager Start Date: 5 January Employment Type: Permanent Join a high-growth business with a great culture in a hands-on IT Manager role. You'll maintain core IT operations, uplift the organisation's technology posture, and drive new projects and change initiatives across the business. Responsibilities Include: Oversee day-to-day IT operations while leading and supporting a small team (80% hands-on). Manage and maintain core systems and infrastructure. Partner with C-level leadership to translate business needs into actionable IT initiatives. Oversee integrations across Shopify, Siligo, Netsuite and related ecommerce platforms. Ensure efficiency and reliability across ecommerce, websites, and internal applications. Lead the Netsuite integrations project and broader ERP uplift. Manage vendors, contracts, and service providers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and operational efficiency. Support AI adoption and emerging technology initiatives. Maintain strong standards across documentation, governance, and data accuracy. Skills & Experience Required: NetSuite expertise Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and support functions. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to translate business needs into practical IT solutions.
