As a International Compliance Officer, you will: Process International student compliance reporting and other processes governed by the ESOS Act and National Code of Practice Present information in a clear, structured, concise and tailored way by focusing on key messages and check meet audience needs Generate new ideas and shares those ideas and data in compliance reports with supervisors to improve process and practice, for example contributing to developing strategies to manage international student compliance issues Deliver effective and efficient outcomes and outputs against team and operational work plans, for example assisting and participating in compliance projects and participate in on and off campus activities Clarify expectations and respond promptly to student requests, queries, or complaints to ensure student needs are met to agreed standards and timelines Ensure professional accuracy and a thorough the understanding of Deakin University policy To be successful, you’ll have: Completion of a Degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or Completion of an Associate Diploma and at least two years subsequent relevant work experience; or An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training Experience in administration and related activities in a large organisation with complex administrative structures, policies, and procedures.
