Whether you join us as an OPS1 or OPS2, you’ll contribute to essential tasks including venepuncture, specimen collection, courier runs, sorting and accessioning samples, accurate data entry, and assisting with specimen preparation, storage and transport. At the OPS1 level, you’ll work under close direction with a strong focus on training and skill development, helping you build confidence in applying your growing knowledge. At the OPS2 level, you’ll bring established skills to the role and work under general direction, demonstrating your ability to operate responsibly and independently.
