Note: This role is based in Melbourne    About the Role:  As the Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the operational delivery of CPA Australiaâs professional education programs, namely the CPA Program and Foundation Pathways. The role supports numerous workstreams that contribute to the overall end-to-end delivery of these programs. This includes coordinating activities across planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation phases to ensure high-quality outcomes. Success in this role will require strong administration skills, a keen attention to detail and a collaborative approach are essential in supporting the seamless execution of all program operations.  Your key responsibilities include:  Support the Program Delivery Executive with aspects of Reasonable Adjustment process which includes:        Reviewing and processing RA applications. Responding to RA related candidate escalations from the contact centre and management of the RA inbox. Regular reconciliations of enrolment data with RA application data Support the Program Delivery Executive with the organisation of the Special Consideration Upgrade Process and preparation for the Committee Meeting which includes: Preparation of results upgrade data. Creating and printing relevant Committee documents Assisting the internal presenters as required Support the Program Delivery Executive with proofing of study guides Support the end-to-end delivery of assigned workstreams within the CPA Program and Foundation Pathways ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and key timelines. Participate in operational activities involved in Exam Delivery such as monitoring case queues, rescheduling, identifying and resolving issues, and working with key suppliers.
