Blake Oliver Consulting has been engaged to appoint a Sales Director to lead the Salesforce Services portfolio for a globally recognised consulting and technology organisation. This is a senior, strategic role with full ownership of growth, delivery alignment, and client success across the Salesforce ecosystem in Australia and New Zealand. You’ll be the face of the Salesforce practice in the region, shaping go-to-market direction, developing executive relationships, and driving measurable commercial outcomes. The role sits within a well-established Enterprise Applications business and works closely with delivery, alliances, and global capability leaders. We're open to candidate based in either Melbourne or Sydney. About the Role This is a high-impact leadership appointment responsible for setting and executing the Salesforce growth agenda. You’ll manage the portfolio’s P&L, expand key client relationships, and lead the sales strategy across Salesforce transformation, implementation, and managed services offerings. The role suits someone with deep Salesforce domain knowledge, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to influence at senior levels across both client and internal organisations. What You’ll Do Portfolio Ownership & Growth Own the Salesforce Services P&L for the A/NZ region, including GTM strategy, revenue, order bookings, and margin. Drive new client acquisition and expand footprint within existing strategic accounts. Identify opportunities to diversify and scale Salesforce-led transformation services. Sales Execution & Deal Shaping Lead end-to-end sales cycles from qualification through to close. Shape complex, multi-tower solutions and ensure commercial viability. Work with practice leaders to build repeatable GTM assets, solution frameworks, and accelerators. Client Leadership & Executive Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to senior technology and business stakeholders. Strengthen relationships across Salesforce field teams and the broader ecosystem. Align internal teams to support long-term client success and delivery excellence. Collaboration & Internal Leadership Partner with delivery, alliances, and market unit sales to drive integrated outcomes. Influence portfolio direction, capability build-out, and resourcing strategy. Provide thought leadership, market insights, and competitive positioning. What You Bring 10 years’ experience in Salesforce services across sales, consulting, or delivery. Strong understanding of Salesforce products and multi-cloud solutioning. Experience within large consulting, systems integration, or technology services environments. A track record of shaping, selling, and delivering Salesforce transformation programs. Executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders. Comfortable operating in matrixed global environments. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or similar advantageous. Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand.
