As a Service Leader, you will: Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of Disability Support Workers Step in with hands-on support when needed to ensure high-quality care Manage rosters, workflows, and day-to-day service operations Work collaboratively with clients and families to deliver meaningful, person-centred support Build strong community and stakeholder connections to enhance client outcomes What You Bring Certificate III (or above) in Disability, Individual Support, or related qualification Experience supervising or mentoring a team (highly regarded) - Team Leader/House Leader or Management experience required. Background in disability and/or aged care, including personal care Solid understanding of the NDIS, compliance, and person-centred practice Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities Current NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, CPR and Driver’s Licence Experience with Epilepsy & Seizure Management - Highly desired!
