Parts Interpreter Full-Time | Docklands, VIC TRS Resourcing is recruiting for a brand-new, state-of-the-art prestige automotive workshop in Docklands to gain an E xperienced Parts Interpreter for their Service & Parts Department. Specialising in high-end European luxury and performance vehicles, this workshop has been purpose-built to deliver an unmatched service experience. Precision, professionalism, and excellence sit at the core of the operation. This is a critical role supporting a structured Triage-to-Eclipse workflow , ensuring technicians have the right parts at the right time to maintain a smooth and efficient workshop operation. About the Role Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely flow of parts through the workshop. Your key duties will include: Identifying and sourcing parts for internal repair orders using OEM catalogues and supplier networks Preparing accurate quotes in Eclipse and allocating parts to the correct Repair Order (RO) Aligning parts supply with a Super Service Triage system to keep workflow moving Working closely with the Parts Manager, Workshop Controller, and Service Advisors Monitoring ETAs, managing delays, and recommending alternative solutions when required Receiving stock, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping the parts area clean and organised Supporting stocktakes, supplier returns, and ongoing inventory processes Upholding premium brand standards through high-quality communication and presentation About You To be successful, you will bring: Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter within a dealership or high-volume workshop Strong knowledge of European / prestige vehicles (highly regarded) Confidence using EPCs, workshop systems, and supplier networks Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style Strong organisation, accuracy, and accountability What's on Offer This is a standout opportunity to join a premium brand at the ground level, with: A brand-new, purpose-built prestige automotive facility in Docklands Monday to Friday only - no weekend work Supportive leadership and a highly professional team culture The chance to work with some of Melbourne's most exciting luxury and performance vehicles Clear workflow systems backed by continued investment in training, equipment, and development Why Join TRS Resourcing?
