With a unique blend of engineering and project management capability, the organisation is experiencing growth and client expansion across the east coast of Australia. Consequently, an experienced or senior structural engineer is required immediately. Reporting into the Structural Lead and working closely with the existing ownership team – this role presents a genuine opportunity to make a difference. The position requires a proven structural engineer to undertake and contribute to the following: Lead and deliver structural and façade engineering packages with technical oversight Undertake design, coordination, and documentation for both façade and structural elements Support junior engineers and review documentation for quality and compliance Liaise with architects, builders, and clients in a collaborative and solutions-focused way Contribute to internal design reviews and continuous improvement processes Ensure project outcomes align with the organisations high standards under ISO 9001:2015 (Quality), ISO 14001:2015 (Environment), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) About you The ideal candidate will be looking to join an evolving team with sustainable yet ambitious plans. You will possess: Minimum 4 year bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent Working experience with Bluebeam, Revit, Ram Concept, Spacegass, Strand7, Autodesk Robot Chartered Accreditation under Engineers Australia or within 1 year of achieving chartership. Minimum 4 yrs experience in a structural design role Experience on commercial, residential, industrial, mixed-use and educational facilities Experience in (ideally) or at least a keen interest in facades design – we’ll teach you what you need to know!
