We have a unique opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our specialised CTP or Workers Compensation consultant teams . This role will involve supporting claimants to return to work, function, and life with all of our CTP and Workers Comp Insurer partners in NSW. Day to day you can expect to: Manage a portfolio of clients who have sustained an injury in a motor vehicle accident or workplace injury. Work with a diverse range of clients with varying complexity and injury types to provide client centred / goal-based recovery recommendations. Work closely with Insurer IMAs, Treatment Providers, Employers and other key stakeholders to support best practice rehabilitation and establish a reputation for efficient and effective service delivery. Build and manage relationships with local NSW CTP Insurers including opportunities for short-term in-house secondments. We are flexible with working hours, and we have scope for a full time or part time role based at any of our Metro Sydney offices including Parramatta, Penrith, Alexandria or Macquarie Park. About You: Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration) Experience working within the NSW CTP scheme with a comprehensive understanding of the legislation (preferred) Excellent communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach Current Police clearance and Working with Children Check.
