Receptionist Roster: 6-Month Casual duration, commencing early January | Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm Location: Melbourne Skills & Experience Previous reception experience. Strong phone etiquette with experience managing high-volume incoming calls. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Confident written and verbal communication skills, including inbox management and responding to general enquiries. Duties & Responsibilities Manage all incoming calls at reception Oversee the reception inbox, responding to queries and directing emails as required Coordinate car park requests and maintain an up-to-date car park register Welcoming guests and managing the visitor process Monitor and maintain office inventory, including stationery and kitchen supplies etc. Provide basic facilities support, addressing day-to-day operational needs Liaise with third-party providers (maintenance, building management, food suppliers, etc.) and coordinate onsite visits when required Manage incoming mail and packages, including sorting and distributing items across the office Deliver general office support to staff Raise purchase orders for services and supplies necessary for office operations i.e. maintenance/ordering office supplies etc. About the company Category 5 Labour Management is an Australian owned success story, a leading provider of full-service labour management solutions, supporting the local communities in which we operate and the people within them.
