Long-established and successful in its field, the firm has also recently attracted a number of Director-level lawyers to its Sydney office. With the firm primed for sustainable, managed growth, its approachable MD is looking for an experienced HR, Ops or Practice Management specialist to join the Sydney office on a part-time basis. The Opportunity You'll take the lead across the firm's HR and Operations remit as you improve, create and implement policies, process and systems. You'll work directly with the MD to strategise growth, business improvement and to help maintain and build on the firm's culture as it grows. This is therefore a wide-ranging role with genuine responsibility - you'll help employ the people, build the culture, and implement the structures and processes to future proof the firm.
