The Role: The Marketing Manager is responsible for attracting, nurturing and guiding customers throughout their entire journey. With hands-on creative capability and ownership of all marketing channels, each touchpoint is impactful and aligned to business goals. They will also lead two Marketing Coordinators to deliver on-brand marketing activity. Content & Campaign Ownership (Production, Publishing & Performance) Plan, produce, publish and optimise all marketing content across paid, owned and earned channels. Lead end-to-end campaign delivery, from concept and brief to execution, reporting and improvement. Track channel and campaign performance, interpret data and adjust activity to improve reach, engagement and conversion. Manage a structured content and campaign calendar aligned to customer behaviours and business priorities. Creative Oversight (Design, Imagery & Video) Manage and oversee image and video creation and editing to ensure a high visual standard across all touchpoints. Review, provide feedback and approve design work produced internally or by external partners. Maintain consistent, high-quality visual identity across all marketing outputs. Owned Channel & CRM Management Produce, publish and performance-manage content across owned channels including email, CRM journeys and nurture streams. Build, schedule and optimise lifecycle communications within CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce and Pardot. Monitor engagement, deliverability and conversion metrics to improve nurture effectiveness and customer experience. Maintain segmentation accuracy, data quality and compliant communication practices. Team Leadership Lead and mentor two Marketing Coordinators to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous development. Set clear priorities, workflows and quality standards for the team. Foster strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. About You: Proven experience producing, publishing and optimising content across owned channels, particularly CRM and email automation. Ideally, experience with Salesforce, Pardot or other platforms including CMS (Sitecore/Wordpress and CRM (Hubspot/Zoho). Demonstrated ability to manage integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. Experience leading or coaching team members. How to Apply Interested?
