About the Role: As an Enrolled Nurse , you will support Registered Nurses and Midwives in delivering person-centred care that meets regulatory and statutory requirements. You will practice within the scope of novice to proficient Enrolled Nurse capabilities, working under supervision while maintaining accountability for your own actions and the care you provide. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of safe, effective, and responsive healthcare by assisting with patient assessments, interventions, and care planning. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, provide emotional support to patients and their families, and help ensure that clinical documentation and care processes meet professional and legal standards. What We’re Looking For: Enrolled or eligible for enrolment as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate. Experience in the provision of nursing care in the healthcare setting in accordance with the appropriate standards of practice.
