We’re now looking for an Operational Compliance Specialist. This is a project role responsible for managing the ongoing review and continuous improvement of documentation, systems and processes related to safe and correct train operations and other identified change management initiatives. What You’ll Do Scope, plan and deliver agreed PN HSE improvement initiatives aligned with strategy and business requirements. Consult, develop and maintain operational documentation and processes to ensure documents are relevant and compliant with WHS & Rail regulatory requirements. Lead and manage change initiatives related to HSE, ensuring they align with organizational goals. Work with employees and management at all levels, to gain support and collaborate on change strategies. Facilitate small groups of SMEs to ensure document accuracy and compliance with consultation requirements. Participate in the PN assurance program to ensure suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the Safety Management System. Provide coaching to frontline leaders where required and build technical capability in wider HSE team.
