Our Subaru Sydney Aftersales team is seeking an Automotive Technician to join our team in Waitara. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward. What you’ll do Carry out servicing and maintenance to ensure vehicles meet top safety and performance standards. Diagnose and fix technical issues efficiently and accurately. Work with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers on complex repairs to ensure excellent customer service. Follow manufacturer standards and repair guides to maintain quality. Perform road tests and quality checks to confirm high-standard work. Keep detailed and accurate service records of all completed tasks. About you To be successful in this role you will be: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and results. Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. A proactive problem solver with a strong focus on diagnosing and resolving complex issue. •Holding a valid driver’s license.
