About the Role Working afternoon shift, you will lead a motivated production team to ensure the safe, cost-effective, and efficient manufacturing of processed and reinforcing bar. This is a hands-on leadership position focused on driving performance, team capability, and continuous improvement. Hours: Mon-Thurs: 2:00pm - 10:00pm Fri: 12:00pm - 6:00pm (early finish) Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage shift personnel to achieve production targets Maintain WHS standards and ensure full compliance with safety systems Monitor and control operating costs to support efficient delivery Allocate labour effectively and ensure employees are trained, competent, and fit for duty Promote a strong safety culture aligned with site policies and critical procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence About You You are an experienced leader with a background in manufacturing or heavy industry. You build strong relationships, respond well to shifting priorities, and bring a solutions-focused approach to your team.
