Your responsibilities may include: Providing general administrative support, including word processing, data entry, document preparation, and managing office supplies and equipment. Maintaining accurate records and data across electronic and manual systems. Communicating effectively by preparing correspondence, supporting meetings, and responding to internal and external inquiries with a customer-focused approach. Collaborating within a team to foster a positive, respectful, and productive workplace. Following established procedures and compliance requirements, including workplace health and safety, equal opportunity, and professional development standards. Skills & Experience We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset. Ability to follow instructions, adapt to new situations, solve problems, and manage workloads effectively. Clerical and administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, data management, document preparation, and filing. Professionalism, including tact, empathy, confidentiality, and appropriate telephone etiquette. Compliance with mandatory workplace health requirements, including maintaining up-to-date vaccinations as required for the role What You Can Expect From Us One-on-one coaching and support throughout your training to help you succeed.
