Our Opportunity We are seeking a warm, proactive and highly organised Early Learning Centre (ELC) Administrator to support the smooth operation of our 48/52 long day program. Working 15 hours per week over three days (with the potential for more hours), you will play a pivotal role in supporting families, educators and the Head of Early Years, ensuring the ELC operates efficiently and in accordance with all regulatory requirements. This important front-facing role combines customer service, administrative precision and operational coordination. It suits an individual who brings grace under pressure, enjoys creating order in a dynamic environment, and delights in supporting young learners and their families. Key Responsibilities Provide a friendly, responsive and professional front-of-house service to families, students and staff Administer and support the effective use of Xplor and other ELC systems Assist families with enrolment processes, documentation and funding requirements Maintain accurate student, parent and staff records in line with regulatory obligations Monitor and manage the ELC inbox, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication Support daily operational tasks including attendance verification, appointment coordination and general enquiries Order food and general supplies, and assist with maintaining an organised and welcoming learning environment Prepare reports, documentation and compliance information as required Provide administrative support to the Head of Early Years and ELC team Offer occasional support to College Reception or other administrative areas when required About You You are an approachable, solutions-focused administrator who thrives in a people-centred environment.
