IHACPA's Communications section is seeking experienced and motivated communications professionals to fill the roles of Communications Manager and Digital Communications Manager. Reporting to the Director, Communications these roles form part of a high-performing and adaptable team that play a key role in driving effective communications across all channels and promoting IHACPA's work program. The key duties of the position include developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies and resources that align with IHACPA's objectives providing advice and assistance in stakeholder relationship and communications management assisting with the development of internal and external communications plans for key projects, events and activities evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of processes used in providing communication service producing high-quality communications products, in alignment with Australian Government and agency standards management of digital platforms such as Drupal, Swift Digital, SharePoint, customer relationship management tools and communication software.
