With ongoing projects near New Norcia (1.5 hours north of Perth) , we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Supervisor to support our teams on long-term road construction and upgrade projects. As Civil Supervisor, you will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with client and government departments specifications and standards, and driving productivity on major state road infrastructure projects. Your Role Will Include Manage, lead, and supervise staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project deliverables Coordinate daily operations including earthworks, pavement construction, drainage, road upgrades, surfacing and works under Traffic Control Plan, implement, monitor, and adhere to Garli and client policies, procedures, and specifications Manage plant and equipment maintenance schedules and registers Meet construction budgets and timeframes through effective controls, monitoring, and reporting Understand contract documents, scopes of work, MRWA specifications, drawings, and identify variations – a mend TMR to MRWA Maintain a safe work environment in full compliance with client and legislative requirements Seek out and implement improvements in methodology to enhance safety, quality, cost, and schedule Provide accurate daily reporting, progress updates, and contribute to project reviews and lessons learnt Represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders to build lasting relationships What You’ll Bring Minimum 3 years’ experience supervising civil road construction projects (Main Roads experience highly regarded) Proven experience in bulk earthworks, road construction, pavement works, drainage, and surfacing Valid HR Licence (minimum C Class) Current Construction White Card – mandatory Current National Police Clearance (within 12 months) Strong computer skills and communication ability Ability to pass Pre-Employment Medical & LABDAS Strong leadership and relationship-building skills across teams and clients Valid Australian work rights What We Offer Full-time Contract Opportunity Lifestyle 10:4 day-shift DIDO roster Competitive salary (base site uplift superannuation) Potential for Long-term, secure work on Western Australian civil projects Supportive, one-team culture with genuine career development Fortnightly pay Pre-employment Requirements Successful candidates must: Complete a pre-employment medical Pass initial and ongoing drug & alcohol screening Provide a current Police Clearance Comply with Garli’s Drug & Alcohol Policy How to Apply Send your CV highlighting your fit for this role.
