About The Role This role is well suited to individuals with a background in practice management, clinic operations, or NDIS administrative coordination. Ideal candidates are highly organised, task-focused, and motivated by achieving measurable outcomes. Providing guidance and assistance to Clinic Team Leaders by reviewing clinic data and emphasising the areas for improvement Ensuring clinic compliance obligations are being managed Client records are complete and up to date Working closely with our client engagement team Ensuring our clinicians have full, well-managed caseloads Supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes Assisting with rostering, scheduling, and resource allocation Contributing to a positive, collaborative, and fun clinic culture You will be someone who: Maintains a high level of attention to detail and follows through on tasks Communicates clearly and professionally with both clinicians and clients Works effectively under pressure, balancing competing priorities Values structure and consistency, but can adapt to evolving needs Has a strong sense of accountability and understands the importance of data integrity, process compliance, and operational performance The successful candidate will have: Demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering Excellent time management and organisational skills Sound computer knowledge and experience in using various IT systems, such as Lumary, Skedulo or Salesforce Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage competing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all internal and external stakeholders.
