The Role The Kieser Care Navigation Centre has been developed to focus on creating an experience of excellence for our clients when they make an initial inquiry about our services at Kieser. The objective of the role is appropriately triaging new clients into the most suitable Kieser offering. This team member will set our clients up for success through an efficient and communicative multi-disciplinary support structure. As with all members of the medical partnership team, we are looking for team members who can provide structure and empathy in complex service delivery and are proud of the medical & client experience standards of Kieser Medical Partnerships. Key Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To Triage: Apply clinical judgement to help our patients find the right service packages available in our clinics. Advocate: Guide your recommendations with a strong focus on the role of strength training in injury prevention and rehabilitation outcomes. Multidisciplinary coordination: Enhance communication and collaboration between GPs, specialists, our clinic professionals, and other healthcare providers. Service connection: Follow up on referrals and connect patients to appropriate services within our clinics. Administration: Confirm client eligibility for private health programs, call outcome tracking, data collection etc. Support and promote the Kieser values of Reliability, It's all about Outcomes and Growing People, Growing Teams through a working understanding of the integral role these values play in the care of our clients. Essential Qualifications & Experience Tertiary qualification in Allied Health, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science or similar Experience in call management Proficiency with relevant technology, including electronic health record systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Passion for strength training and its role in achieving a long, pain-free and active life Ability to provide both compassion and structure to complex service delivery Ability to build trust and rapport with a diverse range of patients and professionals.
