Job Description As a Home Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to create, support and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store, ensuring that the home department is supported, including: Working collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both instore and online customers Ensuring all Home Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting Cross train, develop and support sales team members on all aspects of Home Department products and services Achievement of sales and profitability targets for your store Qualifications You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, having proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Small Appliances and Whitegoods Proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems) The ability to sell retail products and merchandise, and the ability to work under pressure Additional Information If you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
